Who Should File a Claim

Now that you have an understanding of the history of  DII Industries, let’s explore who is eligible to file a claim with the Trust.

The Trust is designed to provide compensation for those who have an injury as a result of exposure to silica products manufactured by DII Industries and/or their subsidiary companies.  The Trust also protects those who are not presently injured but may develop a silica-related disease in the future due to exposure.
